Court date in Livingston,Montana
Got up a t 4 am and rode my bike 57 miles in the driving rain....all my rain gear failed and my feet were sloshing when I threw in the towel and headed back to helena. Rode about a mile and flipped my bike over like I was broke down. Some older woman in a old subu with a bull mastif taking up the whole back area.. I dont have anything to tie it down...either did I so blew her off. Nothing guy stopped and took me within 2 blocks of where I was going.....
Called the Clerk of Court for Park County Montana Justice Court Clerk Deanna and explained I had to reschedule my 2pm hearing due to car problems in the rain at Three forks, Montana...
My judges Clerk made me wait a long time then came back and said the state just filed a motion to dismiss my motion and the judge would rule on it or order a new hearing giving me time to answer there motion to dismiss..
that the hearing wouod have been cancelled had I been there , no arrest warrants
don't call me I'll call you feel to it....
I am gonna email the judge ex parte anyway to confirm and memoralize discussons with herclerk just to protect my back end...

Thomas Francis Meahger My Montana Hero
"My heart, my arm, my life are pledged to the national cause and to the last it shall be my highest pride, as I conceive it to be my holiest duty and obligation to share its fortunes." From Speech at Jones Woods, New York 1861
"The true American knows, feels and with enthusiam declares, that of all human emotions, of all human passions, there is not one more pure, more nobile, more conducive to good and great and glorious deeds, than that which bears us back to the spot that was the cradle of our childhood, the theatre of our manhood."
From Address delivered in Virginia City, Montana March 17, 1866. Inscribed below the statute of Thomas Francis Meagher Statute at the Montana State Capital, Helena, Montana.

Hitchhiking & Homos
WHEN I WAS ABOUT nineteen I got picked up hitchhiking by a homosexual man at this very exit (I wrote this sitting on the side of the road on the Mississippi Alabama line); I never seemed to wait very long for rides back then when I was young and this guy stopped in a brand new '76-77 Chevy Monte Carlo with aan utomatic on the floor. He was going to Florida and so was I. I remember it was a beautiful summer night about seven pm and being in this beautiful new car with everything shinny and new, it was light green with tinted T-tops and we were cruising a long just fine when one of the worst hitchhiking experiences of my life happened...
WE HAD JUST crossed the Florida line maybe 50 miles east of here when right out of the blue this middle-aged professional looking guy puts his hand on my leg and says;
I’M NOT SURE what I was thinking at the time, I’m guessing I wanted out of there in a sudden hurry and I grabbed that damned T-handled shifter on the console and slammed it all the way forward into Park! The back tires locked up and we started sliding sideways first one way then the other and I’ll never forget the look of utter shock on that dudes face as we was sliding down the interstate sideways doing seventy-five miles an hour when the back tires hit the grass and a small decline we started rolling...

“I want to suck your cock!”

I MUST HAVE got knocked out because the next thing I remember I was picking my stuff up off the grass that was strung about 50 feet in a straight line that had come out of my now busted backpack when a big State Trooper who appeared out of nowhere said,
“What the hell happened here?”
I POINTED DOWN to the now severly disheveled man with his shirt tail hanging out his hair all messed up scratching his head with one hand and his ass with the other walking around his now totally totaled brand new car laying upside down in the middle of the interstate, and said,
“That son of a bitch tried to grab my cock and I slammed the thing in Park!”
He looked over at the man and I could see anger come over his face and said, “I’ll take care of this!” I finished grabbing my things and bundled them all together and started up the on ramp and he stomped off towards the guy....Now when ever I get picked up by some queer I tell’em that story and the ride usually ends shortly after that....

Hitch hiking from Helena, Montana to Biloxi, Mississippi
__________________________
When you ain't got nowhere to go you just keep going....

9-26-07 HELENA, MONTANA Journey begins at 2:20 pm
BILLINGS, MONTANA 9-27-07 jumped out of an 'old loggers pickup truck after he pissed me off at Boulder River, Montana just south of Big Timber, Montana. A "Pinger" picked me up after walking nearly four miles. Said he was stationed at Keesler AFB in Biloxi and described how a small electrical device he trained on was why they Air Force recruits in Biloxi) were known as "Pingers." I told him I thought it was because they all had bald heads and your first thought on seeing them (always in groups) was to "Ping" them on their heads. Never got on the ramp good when a guy hauling used oil from oil change shops gave me a ride all the way to the east side of Billings, Montana to a Flying-J and turned me on to a small bud. First pot I had smoked in months. Told me he made extra $500 a week from stations paying him to pick up their used oil because they did not know his company would pay them to pick it up because they turn it into heating oil. Showed me a whole wad of money and went on and on about how great he had it....
Never even went inside the Flying J and waited and hour before going to the other side of the interstate to camp because it was quieter. Camped on a small hill overlooking the entrance ramp in full view of everyone and got woke up at 2 am by loud:
Cop asked for my ID and I told him I didn't have any and gave him a phony name and told him I didn't know my social security number. I have a minor misdemeanor warrant that only appears in Montana. He wrote it down and left when he seen I wasn't a drunk. Went back to sleep. Trucker picked me up hauling a portable saw mill going to Caper/Sheridan, Wyoming. Dude was chewing Red Man chewing tobacco and loved my Cowboy cabbage idea (I chew fresh Parsley I started to quit dipping SKOAL and Copenhagen instead of tobacco). Could have rode another 100 miles with him but 'aint going near Colorado or Wyoming and am at the Interstate 90 west and Interstate 25 South turnoff. Very little traffic but beautiful day out in the middle of nowhere....
12:21 pm
Gonna need some luck getting outta here...
Helena, Montana to Biloxi, Mississippi took (11) eleven days hitch-hiking: i don't hitchhike at night..
