Got up a t 4 am and rode my bike 57 miles in the driving rain....all my rain gear failed and my feet were sloshing when I threw in the towel and headed back to helena. Rode about a mile and flipped my bike over like I was broke down. Some older woman in a old subu with a bull mastif taking up the whole back area.. I dont have anything to tie it down...either did I so blew her off. Nothing guy stopped and took me within 2 blocks of where I was going.....
Called the Clerk of Court for Park County Montana Justice Court Clerk Deanna and explained I had to reschedule my 2pm hearing due to car problems in the rain at Three forks, Montana...
My judges Clerk made me wait a long time then came back and said the state just filed a motion to dismiss my motion and the judge would rule on it or order a new hearing giving me time to answer there motion to dismiss..
that the hearing wouod have been cancelled had I been there , no arrest warrants
don't call me I'll call you feel to it....
I am gonna email the judge ex parte anyway to confirm and memoralize discussons with herclerk just to protect my back end...

tommorrow the First of May opens the gates and the tourist cows will be caravaning theier big 5th wheels and campers
up here like its disnely land all the way till October 1st and just like that as fast as they came they are gone...
I dont mind though Montana is a big state and there is and always has been room for everyone...
I had a homeless guy tell me when I got up here
"You can't be Homeless in Montana! Your home everywhere you go!"

This is what I did yesterday...today it's raining so I do this...getting ready to start posting some killer montana video sunsets...I think I got nearly 4 minutes of video in this Kodak Eash Share 7530; idea came to me last night watching the sunset after logging 20 rockin mountain biking miles all over this town.

         Ussually just getting up here this time a year from the Gulf Coast...made it thru the whole winter. Still sleeping outside in below freezing tempatures but geared up and having no problems.

Blew my back out building a retainer wall for 12$ an hour.....

July 20, 2007 Summer is Flying out the Frying Pan

Man I been so busy I'm Only doing couple hours a day at the library been working helping a business owner open a new lot next to the fairgrounds here in Helena. He rolled up on me over a month ago in front of Home Depot with my sign WORK NEEDED NO HANDOUTS and been kinda working for him since cause he lets me work whatever and as many hours as I want, it's just awful hot out and I aint got no family to feed and I aint real hungray after working in a half a dozen restaurants.

Haven't been in my tent in at least ten days; stretched out under the Big Sky. Helping a business owner open a small car lot right next to the helena Fair grounds on Custer. We will knock off about 1-2 if it is to hot to work and I head straight for Spring Meadow Lake a mile away to saok in the cleranest water I ever been in. I swim for 45 minutes and won't have to find a place to shower tonight. Got a nearly new super ;ight Fuji M-100 Mountain Bike the day after I found all new camping gear so I am ready for my yearly bike pilmgrimage to Missoula then the Gold Route (Bannack, Dillion, etc.) I need about 10 days on that bike of 12 hour days of peddeling and camped out under the stars at night, all the body melting away...besides the health benifits it makes you a very good bike rider as well!
Gotta go to work for a few hours ....stay posted
